Does it water plants automatically?
No. It does not water plants on its own. Instead, it tells you exactly when your plant needs water or care using visual expressions and app alerts, so you can act at the right time.
What does it display?
The planter’s front screen shows different expressions and icons that indicate your plant’s status, such as thirsty, happy, low light, etc. There are dozens of playful expressions to help you understand your plant’s needs.
How does it know what my plant needs?
The planter uses built-in sensors to monitor things like soil moisture, light, and environmental conditions. Based on this data, it shows clear visual feedback and sends alerts when your plant needs attention.
Do I need plant knowledge to use it?
No. The Interactive Smart Planter is designed for beginners and casual plant owners. You don’t need to understand plant care — you just respond to what the planter shows you.
Do I need the app to use it?
The planter works on its own using on-screen expressions. The app is optional and adds notifications and more detailed insights, but you don’t need to check it constantly.
Is it a planter or just a sensor?
It’s a real planter with built-in smart sensors and a display. You plant directly into it, just like a normal planter — the smart features simply help you care for the plant.

How does it know what my plant needs?
It uses multiple sensors (soil moisture, light level, temperature, and humidity) to monitor your plant’s environment and then shows simple visual feedback on the display and via the app to communicate needs.
What do the expressions mean?
Each expression corresponds to a plant condition — for example, a “sad/low water” face means it might be time to water, while a “happy” face means conditions are within a good range. Expressions are designed to be intuitive and fun.
Do I need to open the app to understand it?
Not always. The planter’s display itself gives clear visual cues. The app adds convenience by sending alerts and more detailed information to your phone.

What types of plants work best?
The planter works best with common indoor houseplants. It’s especially helpful for plants that are sensitive to over- or under-watering.
Can I use it with any plant?
It’s designed for most small to medium indoor plants. As with any planter, results depend on the plant’s natural needs and environment.
How often will I need to water my plant?
There’s no fixed schedule. The planter lets you know when watering is needed based on sensor data, so you water when it tells you to — not by guessing.
What does daily care look like?
Very minimal. Most days, you don’t need to do anything. You simply check the planter’s expression or notification and act when it asks for care.
What happens if I ignore it?
If alerts are ignored, the plant may still suffer — just like with regular plant care. The planter’s goal is to help you avoid common mistakes, not replace care entirely.

Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to all supported countries.
There is no minimum order value required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier performance.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods. While we work closely with our shipping partners, we can’t guarantee delivery dates.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We’re not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn products
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

No. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not refundable.

Yes. The Interactive Smart Planter includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Can I leave it plugged in all the time?
Yes. The planter is designed for continuous everyday use when connected to a suitable power source.
Is it safe to use indoors?
Yes. The planter is intended for indoor use only in normal household environments.
Does it emit heat or noise?
No. The planter operates quietly and does not produce noticeable heat during normal operation.
Are there any safety precautions I should follow?
Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct water contact with the power port, or physical damage. Always use the product according to normal household electrical safety standards.
